Les visites restent à la charge du vendeur. Dossier suivi jusqu’à l’acte authentique. Rendez-vous notaires assurés par le vendeur uniquement.

Aucun honoraires n’est dû avant la conclusion de l’acte authentique.
En cas de pourcentage, le taux s’applique sur la tranche du prix du bien.
Dans le cadre d’une délégation de mandat consentie par un autre professionnel, ou en VEFA (agence, promoteur…) le barème applicable est celui de l’agence titulaire du mandat ou celui du promoteur.
Nous attestons sur l’honneur ne pas recevoir d’autres sommes que celles issues de notre rémunération.
